Alternator - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure
- Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.
- Open doors (1). If equipped, remove the tool box.

- Remove cover (5) .

- Remove the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Replace".
- Disconnect harness assemblies (2). Remove bolts (3) and alternator (4) .
Installation Procedure
- Position alternator (4) and install bolts (3). Connect harness assemblies (2) .

- Install the belt. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belt - Inspect/Replace".
- Install cover (5). Install the tool box.
- Close doors (1) .
