Correct Operation of Load Control Valves on Mini Hydraulic Excavators {5811}

Usage:

302.5 4AZ
Mini Hydraulic Excavator:
302.5 (S/N: 4AZ1-UP)
302.5C (S/N: GBB1-UP)
303 CR (S/N: DMA1-UP)
303.5 (S/N: DCH1-UP; AFW1-UP)
304 CR (S/N: NAD1-UP)
304.5 (S/N: WAK1-UP; ANR1-UP)
305 CR (S/N: DSA1-UP; DGT1-UP)

The purpose of the load control valve is to prevent the boom, the stick and the work tool from lowering if the cylinder hose fails or the cylinder line fails. This is offered as an option because of a regulatory requirement in certain territories. The valve is configured to comply with 1997 "Earth-Moving Machinery, Hydraulic Excavators and Backhoe Loader Boom-Lowering Control Devices - Requirement and Test".

Any adjustment of the load control valve will compromise the performance of the valve in relation to this standard.

Under no circumstance should the valve be adjusted. In the event of a valve failure, such as external leakage, the valve should be replaced with the existing part number.

Depending on the application, users may notice a small delay in response time when the valve opens while you use fine control in order to lower a load. If this characteristic is undesirable the valve can be removed from machines that are in territories that do not require.
