可能原因

  • 机油温度传感器和/或电路故障

  • 通过机油冷却器的冷却液流量不足

  • 通过机油冷却器的机油流量不足

修理建议

检查机油温度传感器和/或电路

检查 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)上的机油温度读数。 当发动机热时,温度应稳定升高。 确保温度合理。

如果 Cat ET 上的机油温度读数不合理,则对机油温度传感器电路进行故障诊断和排除。 请参考故障诊断与排除, "传感器信号(模拟、有源)- 测试"。

检查通过机油冷却器的冷却液流量

用水套水冷却的机油冷却器

检查有无"发动机冷却液温度高"事件。 请参考故障诊断与排除, "冷却液温度高"。

由单独的回路冷却的机油冷却器

将机油冷却器进口处的冷却液温度与调节温度相比较。 如果进口温度正常,则检查机油冷却器出口处的冷却液温度。

温差高表示流量不足。 查明阻塞的原因。 进行必要的修理。

检查通过机油冷却器的机油流量

在正常的工作温度下运转发动机。 确定机油冷却器进口和出口之间的压差。 有关对比数据,请参考该发动机的技术营销信息。

如果机油冷却器进口和出口之间的压差超过针对该发动机公布的数据,则通过机油冷却器的机油流量不足。 确定阻塞的原因。 进行必要的修理。
