Transformer Removal

1. Perform steps in the Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Internal Component Preremoval Steps (Controls Cabinet)" in order to de-energize the system and gain access to internal components.

2. Remove all four wires from the transformer by loosening the screws holding the wires in the wire terminals.

   Note: The transformer is heavy. Exercise caution when removing the last bolt so the transformer does not fall and damage components or personnel.

3. Remove the four bolts that hold the transformer to the rear panel.

Transformer Installation

1. Situate the transformer in position on the rear panel as shown in Illustration 1, with wire terminals oriented to the right.

2. Attach the transformer using four bolts to the rear panel.

3. Connect the four wires to the transformer.

   Each wire location is labeled. Refer to Illustration 2.
