View of a "T-Bolt" clamp

The torque specification for the "T-Bolt" clamps that are used on radiator hoses has changed. The part numbers of these constant torque hose clamps are the 232-4901 Clamp and the 222-1178 Clamp. The new torque specification is 7.5 ± 1.0 N·m (5.5 ± 0.74 lb ft), which is the standard torque for these constant torque hose clamps.

The machine usage for these clamps is provided in Table 1.

Rework

Tighten the "T-Bolt" clamps that are used on radiator hoses to 7.5 ± 1.0 N·m (5.5 ± 0.74 lb ft).
