Static Switch Left Panel (1) Fan Fuses F1-F3 (2) Fuse Block F23, F24 (3) Zig-Zag Circuit Breaker K13 (4) Zig-Zag Overload Relay K11 (5) Zig-Zag Transformer

The Zig-Zag Circuit Breaker is located on the left panel of the Static Switch Cabinet.

Removal

1. Perform steps in the Systems Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Internal Component Preremoval Steps (Static Switch Cabinet)" in order to de-energize the system and gain access to internal components.

2. Disconnect the wires from the Zig-Zag Circuit Breaker. The labels on the wires indicate the location for the wire. Verify the labels on the wires.

3. Remove the rail stop on the left side of the Zig-Zag Circuit Breaker by loosening the two screws and sliding rail stop off the rail.

4. Slide the Zig-Zag Circuit Breaker off the rail.

Installation

1. Attach the Zig-Zag Circuit Breaker onto the rail that is connected to the left panel.

   Refer to Illustration 1 for placement.

   1. Place the top of the breaker on the rail.

   2. Snap the bottom of the breaker into place.

2. Attach the rail stop.

   1. Slide the rail stop over the rail from the left side.

   2. Tighten the two screws.

3. Attach the wires to the Zig-Zag Circuit Breaker.

   The labels on the wires indicate the location for the wire.

   Refer to Illustration 2 for wire connections.
