  13. Click on the "Receive" button, in order to view the current settings stored in the flash memory.

  14. Repeat steps 7 through 13 to set up pager numbers for pagers 2, 3, and 4.

  16. Click on the "Close" button to close out the window.

Pager Options

A number of Options are available. For Example, "Broadcast and Escalate" are available methods of communicating with an address.

  • "Broadcast mode" will attempt to page all of the addresses on the list. There is a 5 minute delay between pages. There is a 5 minute delay for a call-back. When there is no call-back, the system will repeat the sequence.

  • "Escalate Mode" attempts to page three times. There is a 5 minute interval between each call. The interval is fixed. The system will wait for 15 seconds if a busy signal is received. The page will be sent five times.

Note: Dial the system in order to cancel the paging function. If the page is not canceled, the system repeats the paging 200 times.

Pager Codes and Acknowledgments

  • "alarm: 11 + call back number + 911"

  • "notice: 11 + call back number + 311"

  • "test: 11 + call back number + 411"
