The engine can have either switches or sensors in order to monitor the coolant level. The sensors or switches are wired to the "A-C48" customer connector.

The following schematics are for the engines that are listed above.

  • Illustration 1 is for the coolant level sensor for the cylinder block (jacket water).

  • Illustration 2 is for the coolant level sensor for the Separate Circuit Aftercooler (SCAC).

  • Illustration 3 is for the coolant level switches for both the cylinder block and for the SCAC coolant.
