Transient VAC Tolerance     | 0     | 50     | 25     | 25     | Yes     | Sets the percent deviation from the prevailing input voltage in which the system will disqualify the input voltage and enter into discharge. Lowering this parameter causes the system to enter into discharge on small events and improves the output transient performance. Increasing this parameter decreases the likelihood that the system will enter discharge on utility noise events.     |
Xtra Disch. VAC Tol.     | 0     | 50     | 0     | 0     | No     | Sets the percent tolerance that is added to the Transient VAC Tolerance (or the GenSet Transient Tol.) after the UPS goes into discharge. It is removed 1s after the flywheel starts motoring.     |
Nominal Voltage     | 300     | 600     | 480     | 400     | No     | Sets the target output voltage for the UPS. The system will regulate to this value unless the conditions are such that the maximum input current or maximum inverter current have been reached. In this case it will back off on the regulation to keep the input or filter current limits from being exceeded. This number is also used with under and over-voltage tolerance parameters.     |
Input Over Volt Trip     | 5     |
10     | 10     | 10     | Yes     | Sets the percent deviation above the Nominal Voltage setpoint in which the system will disqualify the input voltage and enter into discharge.     |
Input Under Volt Trip     | 5     | 15     | 10     | 10     | Yes     | Sets the percent deviation below the Nominal Voltage setpoint in which the system will disqualify the input voltage and enter into discharge.     |
Output Over Volt Tol.     | 2     | 10     | 10     | 10     | No     | Sets the percent deviation above the Nominal Voltage setting at which the system will disqualify the output voltage and go to bypass. This allows the system to be overloaded while the Maximum Input Current or the Maximum Filter Current have been reached without causing the output voltage to rise too far out of tolerance with increasing load.     |
Output Under Volt Tol.     | 2     | 15     | 10     | 10     | No     | Sets the percent deviation below the Nominal Voltage setting at which the system will disqualify the output voltage and go to bypass. This allows the system to be overloaded while the Maximum Input Current or the Maximum Filter Current have been reached without causing the output voltage to drop too far out of tolerance with increasing load.     |
Bypass Over Volt Tol.     | 5     | 10     | 10     | 10     | Yes     | Sets the maximum voltage as a percentage of the Nominal Voltage setpoint that the UPS will transfer to bypass. If the bypass voltage is above this value, a transfer to bypass will be inhibited.     |
Bypass Under Volt Tol.     | 5     | 15     | 15     | 15     | Yes     | Sets the minimum voltage as a percentage of the Nominal Voltage setpoint that the UPS will transfer to bypass. If the bypass voltage is below this value, a transfer to bypass will be inhibited.     |
Maximum Input Current     | 10     | 1720     | 1600     | 1720     | Yes     | Sets the maximum input current when the UPS is not motoring. If the input voltage (-10 percent) and load conditions (100 percent load, 0.8 pf) exist such that the input current hits this number, the UPS will reduce the amount of voltage correction until the conditions change.     |
Max. Charging In Curr.     | 10     | 1720     | 1600     | 1720     |
Yes     | Sets the maximum input current when the flywheels are motoring. If the input voltage (-10 percent) and load conditions (100 percent load, 0.8 pf lag) exist such that the input current hits this number, the UPS will reduce the amount of voltage correction until the conditions change.     |

RMS Inv Cur Shtdwn Limit     | 0     | 900     | 900     | 900     | No     | If the inverter current is at this level for 50 ms, the UPS will go to bypass.     |
Over Frequency Trip     | 50     | 66     | 62     | 51.5     | No     | Sets the maximum input frequency in which the system will disqualify the input voltage and enter into discharge. A step unload on a generator may cause the generator to speed up above this level.     |
Under Frequency Trip     | 45     | 60     | 58     | 48.5     | No     | Sets the minimum input frequency in which the system will disqualify the input voltage and enter into discharge. A step load on a generator may cause the generator to slow down below this level.     |
Frequency Slew Rate     | 0.05     | 3     | 1     | 1     | No     | This value controls the speed in which the UPS output voltage will be brought into phase (phase match) with the input to begin the process of ending a discharge.     |
DC Bus Low Trip Offset     | 0     | 200     | 100     | 100     | Yes     | If the DC bus falls below the DC Bus Voltage setpoint minus this number, the UPS will go into discharge.     |

A fast "Walk-in Rate" can result in nuisance trips back into discharge due to a sagging input voltage especially while the UPS is on generator.     |
Disch Min. Byp-Inp Lock     | 0     | 100     |
30     | 30     | No     | Not used.     |

GS Max Input Current     | 10     | 1720     | 1600     | 1720     | Yes     | Sets the maximum input current while the On Generator signal from a remote input is high (closed). This value could be used with "GS Max. Mtr In Current" to prevent a generator overload when the generator rating smaller than the UPS. A successful installation involving an undersized generator requires the transient response of the generator to be good.     |

GS Walk-in Rate     | 40     | 1000     | 350     | 350     | Yes     | Sets the Walk-in Rate while the On Generator signal from a remote Input is high. If this walk-in rate is set too high, the generator voltage can sag or slow down in frequency, causing the input voltage to be disqualified and the UPS to go back into discharge before the walk-in is complete.     |
GS Over Frequency Trip     | 50     | 66     | 62     | 51.5     | No     | Sets the Over Frequency Trip while the On Generator signal from a remote input is high.     |

GS Discharge Volt Match     | 0     | 1     | 1     | 1     | No     | When the UPS is ready to start a walk-in from a discharge and the On Generator signal from a remote input is high, the UPS will match the input and output voltages before closing the main static switch. If this parameter is set to 0 the UPS will not. Instead the UPS will maintain the Nominal Voltage setpoint throughout the walk-in.     |
GS Start Level     | 0     | 100     | 0     | 0     | No     | This value is a system (flywheel) percent energy setting that controls when the generator start command is given via a remote output relay. Most installations use only the ATS Command relay to accomplish this function.     |
GS Stop Delay     | 10     | 600     | 60     | 60     | No     | After the flywheel is at speed and the UPS is being powered from the Utility, the remote output relay will de-energize after this time delay. (seconds)     |
ATS Command Level     | 0     | 100     | 0     | 0     | Yes     | This value is a system (flywheel) percent energy setting that controls when the ATS transfer command is given via a remote output relay. The 4 conditions that must exist to set this bit: UPS in discharge, UPS in discharge for more than 1 second, UPS not in walk-in and System percent energy less than ATS Command Level. ( A typical setting is 85 percent.) Full load testing is recommended to insure sufficient generator start times.     |
ATS Stop Delay     | 0     | 600     | 0     | 0     | No     | Sets the amount of time that will expire prior to opening (clearing) the ATS command relay (remote output) after the other 2 conditions are meet. The 3 conditions that must exist to clear this bit: UPS in stand-by, System percent energy is greater than ATS Command Level and ATS Stop Delay has expired.     |

Auto-Acknowledge Events     | 0     | 1     | 0     | 0     | No     | If the UPS is going online due to a user command (GUI, UPSView, remote input) then the UPS requires all alarms and notices to be acknowledged. Setting this value to a "1" disables the acknowledge requirement.     |
MBC Warnings Disabled     | 0     | 1     | 0     | 0     | No     | (Maintenance Bypass Option) The UPS expects maintenance bypass source to be energized or it will produce the 2 following warnings: "Deadbus Fault Error MBP PS Error Setting" this parameter causes these warnings to be normal (green) messages.     |
