Support Load Information

If the UPS status is not on-line or if the UPS status is not discharge, the load will be protected during a utility outage.

If the UPS status is AVR or if the UPS status is bypass, the load will be powered but not protected from a utility outage.

If the UPS status is shut down, the load will not have power for a certain amount of time regardless of the utility source.

Discharge open  A UPSView command was received that removes the discharge blocked command. 
Email Send Failure  NC  (Ethernet Option Only) The controller attempted to send an email but there was problem communicating with the email server. 
Email Sent OK  NC  (Ethernet Option Only) An email was successfully sent to the email server. 
EPO Activated  The EPO button on the cabinet door has been pressed. The UPS must be reset to restore power to the output. 
EPO Activated (Serial Data)  The EPO button on the cabinet door has been pressed. The UPS must be reset to restore power to the output. 
Event Log Erased  NC  A UPSView command was received to erase the event log. 
Event Logs Synchronized from MMU_  NC  Event logs were synchronized via UPSView 
Gen Set Start Controller current limited  NC  The genset start option detects a start circuit short. 
Gen Set Start Controller Enable Bit Low Error  NC  The genset start option is probably not sending data to the APC. 
Gen Set Start Controller Fault: _  NC  The genset start controller is reporting a fault. 
Invalid Access Passcode Entered  NC  The incorrect Access passcode was entered. A modem connection must be established, a service password must be entered, and then the access passcode can be entered. 
Invalid password key entered  NC  Invalid password has been entered 
Modem telemetry initiated  NC  A UPSView (laptop) connection was established via modem. 
Modem telemetry terminated  NC  A UPSView (laptop) modem connection was terminated. 
Modem: Page Failed: _  NC  The pager was not able to be dialed, check the phone line and number 
Modem: Page Sent OK: _  NC  Paging was successful 
Modem: Paging Cancelled.  NC  Paging was canceled via UPSView, Modem, or User Interface 
No PCC datalock - PCC flash not updated  Communication Error 
?Password OK Settings Mode authorized for 30 minutes  NC  A valid settings level password has been accepted. 
Phase Rotation Bits in invalid state  The input voltage does not have the correct phase rotation. (A,B,C) 
Remote Access Enabled  All conditions have been met for remote access and the access code has been entered at the User Interface. 
Remote EPO (Serial Data)  Remote EPO is received by internal serial link 
Remote EPO Activated  The Emergency Power Off function has been initiated via the remote input. 
System will not auto-start calibration not complete  Start up or service condition is waiting for completion of calibration 
Time changed  NC  The UPS internal clock was changed via the display or UPSView.
