Installation Procedure

- Attach Tooling (A) to the top of the cab and piston pump (16), as shown. The weight of piston pump (16) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Install piston pump (16) and bolts (17) .

- Place block assembly (14) into position. Connect hose assembly (15).

- Place hose assemblies (12) into position. Connect tube assembly (13). Tube assembly (13) was installed with the piston pump.

- Connect tube assembly (11) to the bottom of the piston pump. Connect hose assemblies (9) and (10) .

- Place harness assembly (3) into position and install cable straps (1). Place harness assemblies (6) and (7) into position and install cable straps (5). Connect clips (2), (4), and (8).

- Fill the hydraulic oil system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".
- Install the floorplates.
End By: Install the fourth bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guards - Install".
