Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the fourth bottom guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bottom Guards - Remove".

1. Remove the floorplates.

2. Drain the hydraulic oil into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

3. Disconnect clips (2), (4), and (8). Remove cable straps (5) and place harness assemblies (6) and (7) to the side. Remove cable straps (1) and place harness assembly (3) to the side.

4. Disconnect hose assemblies (9) and (10). Disconnect tube assembly (11) from the bottom of the piston pump.

5. Disconnect tube assembly (13). Place hose assemblies (12) to the side. Tube assembly (13) will remain with the piston pump.

6. Disconnect hose assembly (15). Place block assembly (14) to the side.

7. Attach Tooling (A) to the top of the cab and piston pump (16), as shown. The weight of piston pump (16) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Remove bolts (17) and remove piston pump (16) .
