安装推杆时，必须小心操作，确保推杆的端部正确座合在挺杆罩内。 起动发动机前，使用手电筒检查推杆端部在挺杆罩内的安装情况。 如果部件没有正确组装，气门系部件将出现损坏。 |
注: 组装前，将清洁的发动机机油或 8T-2998 润滑剂 涂抹在推杆的球形端和承窝上。 组装前，还要用清洁的发动机机油润滑摇臂轴。
注: 设置每个气门的气门间隙前，用软锤用力敲打摇臂上的调整螺钉顶部。 该步骤将确保挺杆滚柱座合在凸轮凸角的基圆上。
执行气门间隙调整前，先使发动机冷却下来。

注: 对于该组装，用 1U-8869 千分表 设置气门间隙。 如果没有千分表，可用塞尺进行调整。
(A) 气门间隙的尺寸
- 进气门 ... 1.0 ± 0.08 mm (0.04 ± 0.003 in)
- 排气门 ... 1.5 ± 0.08 mm (0.06 ± 0.003 in)
(1) 三个螺栓的扭矩 ... 200 ± 30 N·m (150 ± 22 lb ft)
(2) 两个螺母的扭矩 ... 120 ± 15 N·m (90± 11 lb ft)
(3) 气门桥组件的方位 ... 安装过程中，确保断缸装置
向内定位，朝向摇臂轴。
(4) 摇臂轴
- 安装后，轴承上的摇臂轴孔 ... 50.086 ± 0.0150 mm (1.9719 ± 0.0006 in)
- 摇臂轴机加工表面的直径 ... 50.000 ± 0.013 mm (1.9685 ± 0.0005 in)
