润滑系统的流程图

机油从油底壳经滤网和管道 (9) 流至发动机机油泵 (10) 的吸油侧。 润滑系统的压力是由机油泵提供的。 曲轴齿轮 (13) 驱动下惰轮 (12) 。 下惰轮驱动机油泵齿轮 (11) 。 油泵有一个内转子和一个外转子。 两个转子的旋转轴线彼此相对偏置。 内转子与驱动轴之间采用干涉配合。

内转子有五个凸轮,它们与外转子的六个凸轮相啮合。 当油泵转动时,外转子的凸轮与内转子的凸轮间距增大,产生真空。 当凸轮的间距减小时,则产生压力。

机油从机油泵 (10) 的出口侧经通道流至机油滤清器顶部 (7) 。 然后从机油滤清器顶部,经通道流至板式机油冷却器。 机油冷却器位于缸体左侧。

机油从机油冷却器经通道流回机油滤清器顶部。 机油随后流经一个旁通阀,该旁通阀在机油滤清器堵塞时能保证润滑系统继续工作。 在正常情况下,机油随后流至机油滤清器 (8) 。

机油从机油滤清器,经一条横穿缸体的钻孔通道流至机油通道 (4) 。 机油油道是穿过缸体左侧总长钻出的。 如果机油滤清器在发动机右侧,则机油将经横穿缸体的通道流至压力通道。

机油从机油通道,经高压通道流至曲轴 (5) 的主轴承。 随后,机油经曲轴中的通道流至连杆轴承轴颈 (6) 。 活塞和缸孔通过机油的飞溅和机油油雾来进行润滑。

润滑油从主轴承通过缸体中的油道流至凸轮轴轴颈。 随后,机油从凸轮轴 (2) 的前轴颈以较低的压力流至缸盖。 接着,机油经摇臂轴 (1) 的中心流至摇臂操纵杆。 阀杆、阀弹簧和阀挺杆均采用飞溅和油雾的方式进行润滑。

惰齿的轮毂由从机油油道送来的机油进行润滑。 正时齿轮采用机油飞溅的方式进行润滑。

外部管路将机油传送至高压燃油泵。 然后,机油经返程管路流至定时箱并返回油底壳。

发动机配备由机油通道供油的活塞冷却喷嘴。 活塞冷却喷嘴将润滑油对准活塞底部喷射来冷却活塞。
