当有效载荷系统 ECM 确定来自位置传感器的信号超出标定范围时,记录该诊断代码。 旋转位置传感器为 PWM 传感器。 旋转位置传感器的信号线与有效载荷控制系统 ECM 的触点 20(导线 C530-BU)相连。

产生此诊断代码的可能原因如下:

  • 有效载荷系统标定时,未将提升臂降至最低位置。

  • 有效载荷系统标定时,未将提升臂升至最高位置。

  • 更换位置传感器后未标定进行标定。

注: 激活的诊断代码可能在标定中出现。 如果以前的最低值和最高值严重超出范围,则这种情况可能发生。 如果此情况发生,将提升臂置于最低位置后按 "STORE(保存)"键。 如果激活的诊断代码存在,则按 CLEAR(清除)键。 随后需要重新开始标定。 获得标定可能需要三次重试。

注: 确保诊断代码依然处于激活状态。

测试步骤 1. 检查标定。

  1. 标定旋转位置传感器。 请参阅测试和调整, "旋转位置传感器(提升连杆)- 调整"。

  1. 当提升臂完全升高或降低时,观测诊断代码指示灯的发光/熄灭状态。

预期结果:

诊断代码指示灯处于非激活状态。

结果:

  • 是 - 诊断编码不是激活状态。 标定排除了故障。 清除诊断代码。停止

  • 否 - 诊断代码仍为现行状态。

    修复: 重新执行旋转位置传感器的标定。 还要确保该诊断代码的诊断代码激活。 如果没有找到原因,则应更换传感器并重新执行标定。 如果这样做没有清除诊断代码,则需更换 ECM。 请参阅测试和调整, "电子控制模块(ECM)- 更换"。
