发电机是发电机组的组件。 应结合整个系统测试发电机。 电压调节器维护手册上提供的测试可确定发电机是否为发电机组故障的原因。

必须先找出并确定问题,然后才能纠正问题。 找到问题后,请参见表 1。

下面的步骤应用于找出问题:

  1. 为了帮助找到问题,请执行以下目测检查。

  1. 如果已按照电压调节器维护手册执行了前面的测试,那么请使用测试结果来帮助识别问题。

  1. 执行"发电机功能测试"。 "发电机功能测试"将帮助找到问题。

目测

目测检查发电机组可检测可能的故障原因。 检查所有接线,查找磨损或缺失的绝缘。 确保所有接线端子接头紧固。 同时确保所有接线端子接头未受腐蚀。 褪色的电气部件表示该部分受压较大。

大部分电气问题是由机械缺陷造成的。 请仔细检查整个装置。 将机械缺陷与电气缺陷加以区分。

5) 感应变压器有故障(仅限中压)    
转速过低 提高驱动转速(在以正确速度运转之前,不要改动 AVR 电压调节)。

3) IE 线圈有故障(仅限 IE 激励发电机)    
电压不稳     调整 AVR 稳定性电位计或编排最佳 CDVR 增益     调节无效: 请参阅系统操作测试和调整规范, RENR7941 或联系 Cat DSN 以调整 CDVR 增益。     1) 检查转速: 可能周期性无规则
2) 连接松动
3) AVR 有故障
4) 有负载时转速过低(或增益设置得过高)
5) 检查主励磁机是否损坏    
无负载时电压正确,有负载时电压过低     在无负载状态下运转,并检查 AVR 上 F1 和 F2 之间的电压     F1 和 F2 (DC) IE / PMG 之间的电压低于 10V     检查转速

4) 检查 AVR 降设置
