The compression stroke's static timing for the 6I-2356 Governor and Fuel Injection Pump is at 19.5 degrees before the TC position under these two conditions:

• The timing pin is in the timing hole inside the fuel pump housing.

• The timing slot is at the TC position in the camshaft and in the No. 1 Cylinder.
