Disassembly Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the swing motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Swing Motor - Remove".
- Remove plug (1), check valve (2), and the O-ring seal.

- Remove plug (3), check valve (4), plug (5), and the O-ring seals.

- Remove bolts (7) and head (6) .

- Remove O-ring seal (8), port plate (9), and bearing (10) .

- Remove spacer (11) and bevel washer (12) .

- Remove O-ring seal (15), bevel washer (13), and spacer (14) .

- Install Tooling (A) .
- Apply a suitable air supply to the fitting in order to remove piston (16) .
- Remove O-ring seals (18) .

- Remove pistons (21), retainer (22), and bearing (23) .

- Use a suitable press and Tooling (B) in order to remove retaining ring (25) .

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force. Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment. Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force. |

- Remove washers (26) and spring (27) .
