Pump Drive Coupling - Remove and Install
Removal Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
- Remove bolts (2) and position the gear pump and main hydraulic pump (3) out of the way.

- Remove bolts (4) and remove plate assembly (1). Remove adapter plate (5) .
- Remove bolts (6) and remove pump drive coupling (7) .

- Use Tooling (A) in order to remove retaining ring (8) from coupler (9). Remove coupler (9) from pump drive coupling (7) .

Installation Procedure

- Install coupler (9) to pump drive coupling (7). Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (8) to coupler (9) .

- Position pump drive coupling (7) and install bolts (6) .

- Position adapter plate (5). Install bolts (4) and install plate assembly (1) .

- Position the gear pump and main hydraulic pump (3) and install bolts (2) .
End By: Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
