Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

- Raise the temperature of bearing (30) and lower the temperature of shaft (29) in order to assemble bearing (30) to shaft (29) .

- Install slug (31), slug (32), balls (33), and seal (34) .

- Install retainer (23) and spring (24) into barrel assembly (17) .
- Use a suitable press in order to compress spring (24) .
- Use Tooling (A) to install retaining ring (25) .

- Install cover (6) and bolts (7) .
- Install plug (8), O-ring seals (5), and coupling (4) onto cover (6) .
