- 拆下螺栓 (11) 和安全阀盖 (12)。 拆下弹簧 (14) 和安全阀滑阀 (15)。 将密封垫 (13)从安全阀盖上拆下。
- 拆下螺栓 (1) 和泵盖组件 (2)。 将密封垫 (3)从泵盖组件上拆下。 如有必要，将定位销从泵盖组件 (2)上拆下。
- 将螺栓 (10)和泵盖组件 (4)从机油泵体组件 (9)上拆下。
- 用工具 (A)将套筒轴承 (5)从泵盖组件 (4)上拆下。 如有必要，将空心定位销从泵盖组件 (4)上拆下。
- 将惰轮轴组件 (6)和泵驱动轴组件 (7)从机油泵体组件 (9)上拆下。
- 用工具 (A)或工具 (B)将套筒轴承 (8)从机油泵体组件 (9)上拆下。
