Installation Procedure

- Apply Tooling (A) to the splines of piston pump (1) .

- Install the O-ring seal on piston pump (1) .
- Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (1) and install piston pump (1) and bolts (4). The weight of piston pump (1) is approximately 77 kg (170 lb).
- Connect harness assemblies (3) to piston pump (1) .

- Connect hose assemblies (2) to piston pump (1) .

- Fill the pump drive with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
End By:
- Install the piston pump (left drag conveyor and right auger conveyor). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Left Drag Conveyor and Right Auger Conveyor) - Install".
- Install the piston pump (auxiliary). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Auxiliary) - Install".
