Installation Procedure

1. Apply Tooling (A) to the splines of piston pump (1) .

2. Install the O-ring seal on piston pump (2) .

3. Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (2) and install piston pump (2) and bolts (6). The weight of piston pump (2) is approximately 77 kg (170 lb).

4. Connect hose assemblies (5) on piston pump (2) .

5. Connect hose assemblies (4) on piston pump (2) .

6. Connect hose assemblies (3) on piston pump (2) .

7. Connect harness assemblies (1) on piston pump (2) .

8. Fill the pump drive with oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.

End By:

1. Install the piston pump (hydraulic generator), if equipped. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Hydraulic Generator) - Install".
2. Install the piston pump (left drag conveyor and right auger conveyor). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Left Drag Conveyor and Right Auger Conveyor) - Install".
