- Apply Tooling (A) to the splines of piston pump (1) .

- Install the O-ring seal on piston pump (1) .
- Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (5) and install piston pump (5) and bolts (10). The weight of piston pump (5) is approximately 83 kg (183 lb).
- Connect hose assemblies (9) on piston pump (5) .

- Connect harness assembly (7) and harness assemblies (6) on piston pump (5) .
- Connect hose assemblies (4) .

- Connect harness assembly (2) on gear pump (1) .

- Fill the hydraulic oil tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
