- Remove belt (1) and idler pulleys (2) .

Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Position idler pulleys (2) on the engine and install the bolts. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 50 ± 5 N·m (37 ± 4 lb ft).
