CID 0096 FMI 04 Fuel Level Sensor short to ground
Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The voltage on the signal wire for the fuel level sensor is below normal.
System Response:
The Electronic Control Module (ECM) will log the diagnostic code.
Possible Performance Effect:
- There are no performance effects.
Troubleshooting:
Test Step 1. Perform the following diagnostic procedure: "Fuel Level Sensor Circuit - Test"

- OK - STOP
