机具 ECM 诊断电路识别系统电压低于 18 VDC。

产生此诊断代码的可能原因如下:

  • 发动机起动后系统电压长时间持续偏低。

  • 蓄电池和 ECM 间的连接存在开路。

  • ECM 和系统接地间的连接存在开路。

  • 钥匙处于接通位置时,一组蓄电池断开。 此外,发动机还不允许运转。

系统响应:

机器响应如下所示:

  • 机具功能不工作。

  • 机具的先导供油通/断电磁阀将断电。

注: 确保 CID 0168 FMI 01 激活并且诊断代码指示灯处于激活状态。

测试步骤 1. 检查蓄电池电压。

  1. 起动发动机。

  1. 使发动机在高怠速下运转数分钟。

  1. 在蓄电池接线柱处测量电压。

预期结果:

电压应大于18.0DCV。

结果:

  • 正常 - 电压大于 18.0 DCV。 蓄电池电压正确。 继续测试步骤 2。

  • 不正常 - 电压小于 18.0 DCV。 充电系统工作不正常。

    修复: 检查充电系统。 请参阅系统操作、故障诊断与排除、测试和调整, SENR1394, "Caterpillar 监控系统", "充电系统"。

测试步骤 2. 检查 ECM 的系统电压。

  1. 以高怠速运转发动机。

  1. 确定机具 ECM 接头的位置。

  1. 采用 7X-1710 万用表表笔总成 。

  1. 测量 J1-1(导线 146-GY)和 J1-2(导线 A272-BK)之间的系统电压,并测量 J1-6(导线 146-GY)和 J1-5(导线 A272-BK)之间的系统电压。

预期结果:

电压应小于18.0DCV。

结果:

  • 正常 - 电压小于 18.0 DCV。 线束出现故障。

    修复: 修理或更换线束。

  • 不正常 - 电压大于 18.0 DCV。 系统电压正常。
