安装燃油滤清器之前不要在其中注入燃油。 否则燃油不会被过滤并可能受污染。 污染的燃油会加速燃油系统部件的磨损。 起动发动机之前应向燃油系统充注油。 |

- 用带式扳手从底座上卸下燃油滤清器组件 (1) 。
- 从滤芯上卸下沉淀杯 (2) 和密封并废弃旧滤清器。 检查密封圈。 如果密封圈损坏，安装一个新的。
- 清洁滤清器安装底座。 确保将所有旧的密封已去除。
- 在清洁、不易燃的溶剂中清洗沉淀杯 (2) 。
- 在新的滤清器密封上涂上干净柴油。
- 将密封和沉淀杯 (2) 安装在新的粗滤芯上。
- 用手安装新的滤清器组件。 拧紧滤清器组件，直到密封面接触到底座。 再拧紧滤清器组件 3/4 圈。
注: 每个滤清器上有旋转标记，间隔90度（1/4圈）。 在紧固滤清器时，用这些标记作参考。
- 向燃油系统充油。

- 起动发动机，并检查滤清器有无泄漏。 进行所有必要的修理。 如果发动机功率丧失或排气仍冒黑烟，更换细滤清器。
