  1. 首先应取得新闪存文件的零件号。

    注: 如果没有闪存文件零件号,使用维修技师工作台 (STW) 上的"闪存文件搜索"工具。 还可以选择使用 SIS Web 上的"闪存软件文件"特性。

    注: 搜索闪存文件零件号时,必须具有发动机序列号。

  1. 将Caterpillar ET 与维修工具连接器连接。

  1. 恢复 ECM 的电源。 不要起动发动机。

  1. 从"Caterpillar" ET 的"实用程序"菜单中选择 WinFlash。

    注: 如果 "WinFlash" 不与 ECM 通信,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "电子维修工具不能与 ECM 通信"未出现诊断代码的情况下的故障诊断与排除部分。

  1. 将闪存文件编程到 ECM 中。

    1. 在"检测到的ECM(Detected ECMs)"中选择发动机ECM。

    1. 按下屏幕上的"浏览(Browse)"按键以便选择即将编程到ECM中的闪存文件的零件号。

    1. 选择了正确的闪存文件之后,按下屏幕上的"打开(Open)"按键。

    1. 确认"文件数值(File Values)"与发动机的具体应用相符。 如果"文件数值(File Values)"与发动机的具体应用不符的话,应搜索正确的闪存文件。

    1. 选择了正确的闪存文件之后,按下屏幕上的"开始闪存(Begin Flash)"按键。

    1. CatET 将会在闪存编程成功完成时给出指示。

  1. 起动发动机,检查其是否操作正常。

  1. 进入"维修"菜单下的"配置"屏幕以确定需要编程设定的参数。 查看"改变次数(Tattletale)"栏内的数值。 所有这些参数都应有 1 次或 1 次以上更改。 如果某一参数的改变次数为0,则应对该参数编程。

"视窗闪存(WinFlash)"出错信息

如果闪存编程过程中收到任何出错信息,点击"取消"按钮以停止闪存编程。 访问"信息"菜单下的"ECM 一览表"中的信息。 确保将正确的闪存文件编程设定到发动机中。
