Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury. To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

Note: Install idler gear (18) in the original orientation.

1. Install driven gear (19) and idler gear (18) in body (17) .

2. Install bearing (20) in body (17) .

3. Install O-ring seal (21) in body (17) .

4. Install cover (22) on body (17) .

5. Install studs (8) .

6. Install shaft seal (23), tab washer (24), and shaft seal (25) in cover (22) .

7. Install retainer (4) and bearing (16) in body (17) .

8. Install O-ring seals (3) and rings (2) in body (17) .

9. Install body (9) and nuts (7) .

10. Install O-ring seal (6) on plug (5) .

11. Install plug (5) in body (9) .

12. Install spring (10), orifice (11), spool (12), and orifice (13) in body (9) .

13. Install O-ring seal (15) on plug (14) .

14. Install plug (14) in body (9) .
