Gear Motor (Fan Drive) - Install
Installation Procedure
- Install gear motor (5) in guard (9). Install bolts (15.) .

- Install hub (12) on the gear motor. Install bolt (13) and tighten setscrews (14) .

- Install fan (11) and bolts (10) .

- Reposition guard (9) and gear motor (5) on the radiator shroud. Install bolts (8) .

- Connect hose assembly (7) on gear motor (5) .

- Connect hose assemblies (6) on gear motor (5) .
- Connect tube (2) on indicator (4) .

- Connect hose (3). Tighten clamp (1) .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance"Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change". The capacity of the cooling system is approximately 18 L (4.8 US gal).
