The 242-7135 Oil Cooler Tester Gp (Kit) checks any oil cooler that is available on Cat products for leaks. The ability to check an oil cooler for leaks eliminates the unnecessary replacement of the oil cooler.
For more information on the use of the test kit, refer to the Service Manual, REHS1758, "Test Procedure for Brazed and Rubber End Sheet Oil Coolers".
