- 加热齿圈 (3) 后将齿圈安装到飞轮 (2) 上。

注: 安装齿圈 (3) 的时候必须让轮齿斜面一侧朝上。 当飞轮安装完毕之后，轮齿斜面一侧应朝向起动马达。 这将确保起动马达正确啮合。
- 将工具 (B) 安装在曲轴中。

- 将工具 (A) 安装到飞轮 (2) 上。 使用适当的提升装置。 飞轮的重量约为 40 kg (88 lb)。 将飞轮 (2) 定位到曲轴上。
- 将清洁的发动机机油涂抹在螺栓 (1) 的螺纹上。
- 安装螺栓 (1) 。 拆下工具 (B) 。 将螺栓 (1) 安装在工具 (B) 的位置上。
- 拧紧螺栓 (1) 至扭矩为 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft)。
- 将工具 (A) 从飞轮上拆下。
- 检查飞轮跳动。 请参阅测试与调整, "飞轮 - 检查"。
