This diagnostic code is associated with the calibration of the lift valve and the tilt valve. Insufficient data has been collected during the valve calibration. The blade is traveling too fast during the calibration procedure. The calibration limits are too low.
System Response:
When this diagnostic code is active the "Data Error" is shown on the "Display".
Test Step 1. CHECK THE LASER TRANSMITTER
- Verify that the laser transmitter setup is stable.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Laser Transmitter Setup Information (Dual Mast System)"
Note: Ensure that there are not any obstacles between the laser transmitter and the machine. Ensure that the laser transmitter is between 50 - 100 feet away from the machine.
Expected Result:
The laser transmitter setup is stable.
Results:
- YES - The laser transmitter setup is stable.
Repair: Repeat the valve calibration. Be sure to reset the upper and lower limits for the calibration procedure to a wider span. Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting, & Testing and Adjusting, "Bank valve (Grade Control) - Calibrate" for more information about the calibration procedure.
Stop.
- NO - The laser transmitter setup is not stable.
Repair: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Setup Procedures" in order to ensure the laser transmitter setup is stable. Repeat the valve calibration.
- Repeat the valve calibration. Be sure to reset the upper and lower limits for the calibration procedure to a wider span. Refer to Systems Operation, Troubleshooting & Testing and Adjusting for more information about the calibration procedure.
