CB 8 No Blade Movement

Usage:

D6R II AAX
Conditions Which Generate This Code:

This diagnostic code is associated with the calibration of the lift valve and the tilt valve. The "Display" requested movement, but the valve took too long to get to the desired position.

System Response:

When this diagnostic code is active the calibration procedure is terminated.

Test Step 1. CHECK THE LASER TRANSMITTER

Results:

  • YES - A successful calibration causes the diagnostic code to become inactive. Return the machine to normal operation. Stop.

  • NO - Calibration is not successful. The diagnostic code is still active. Proceed to Test Step 2 for further troubleshooting.

Test Step 2. CHECK OPERATION OF THE VALVE

  1. Use the "Test Valves" menu in order to determine if the valve is working correctly.
