This diagnostic code is associated with the calibration of the lift valve and the tilt valve. The blade is moving in the wrong direction during the calibration procedure.
System Response:
When this diagnostic code is active the calibration procedure is terminated.
Test Step 1. CHECK THE HYDRAULIC OPERATION
- Use the "Test Valves" menu in order to verify that the hydraulic operation is correct.
Refer to Systems Operation, "Menus".
Expected Result:
The hydraulic operation is correct.
Results:
- YES - The hydraulic operation is correct. Proceed to Test Step 2.
- NO - The hydraulic operation is not correct.
Repair: Ensure that the hydraulic lines correctly assembled to the valve. Repeat the calibration procedure.
Stop.
Test Step 2. CHECK THE VOLTAGE AT THE SOLENOID PLUG

- Connect a volt meter to pin 2.
- Perform the "Test Valves" function in the "Diagnostics" menu in order to measure the voltage on pin 2. The voltages are listed in Table 1.

Table 1 Electrical Actuating Module     Pin     Function     Voltage     1     Supply     System Voltage     2     Drive Signal     Null = 50% of System Voltage
Lift = 50%-75% System Voltage
Lower = 50%-25% System Voltage    3     Fault Status     Low = <2VDC
High = System Voltage    4     Ground
Expected Result:
Voltage levels are opposite according to Table 1.
Results:
- YES - Voltage levels are opposite.
Repair: Rewire the valve. Repeat the calibration procedure.
Stop.
- NO - The voltage levels are correct.
Repair: Repeat the calibration procedure.
Stop.
