Bulldozer Blade Control

Usage:

D11R 9TR

Blade Lift Control

Float (1) - Push the lever completely forward into the detent. This will move the bulldozer blade into the FLOAT position. In the FLOAT position, the blade moves up and down with the ground contour.

The lever will remain in the FLOAT detent until you manually pull the lever out of the detent position. The lever then returns to HOLD position.

Lower (2) - Push the lever forward in order to lower the blade. Release the lever. The lever will return to the HOLD position.

Hold (3) - The lever will return to the HOLD position, when you release the lever from the RAISE position and from the LOWER position.

Raise (4) - Pull back on the lever in order to raise the blade. Release the lever. The lever will return to the HOLD position.

Blade Tilt Control

Illustration 2g00039307

Tilt Left (1) - Pull the tilt lever toward the left in order to lower the left side of the bulldozer blade. When you release the lever, the lever returns to the HOLD position.

Tilt Hold (2) - When you release the lever, the lever returns to the HOLD position. The movement of the bulldozer blade stops.

Tilt Right (3) - Pull the tilt lever toward the right in order to lower the right side of the bulldozer blade. When you release the lever, the lever returns to the HOLD position.

Dual Tilt Control

Illustration 3g00039398

The toggle switch is on the top of the control grip. The toggle switch is used for faster tilt speed and for greater hydraulic force. Activate the toggle switch before you tilt the bulldozer blade left or before you tilt the bulldozer blade right. Move the toggle switch rearward for faster tilt speed. Move the toggle switch forward for slower tilt speed and for greater force on the bulldozer blade. Use the forward position for prying a rock loose etc. The rearward tilt speed and the forward tilt speed are not affected by the toggle switch.

Tilt Left (1) - Pull the lever to the left in order to lower the bulldozer blade to the left. Release the lever. The lever will return to the HOLD position.

Tilt Hold (2) - Release the lever. The lever will return to the HOLD position. The movement of the bulldozer blade will stop.

Tilt Right (3) - Push the lever to the right in order to lower the bulldozer blade to the right. Release the lever. The lever will return to the HOLD position.

Pitch Rearward - Hold the trigger inward on the control grip. Move the lever to position (1) in order to tilt the bulldozer blade backward. When you tilt the bulldozer blade to the rear you will improve the ability of the bulldozer blade to carry the load.

Pitch Forward - Hold the trigger inward on the control grip. Move the lever to position (3) in order to tilt the bulldozer blade forward. When you tilt the bulldozer blade forward you will improve the penetration of the bulldozer blade. This will also help to dump the load.
