请遵循下列指南,对冷却液进行正确的取样:

  • 切勿从膨胀瓶中取样。

  • 切勿从系统的排放口取样。

  • 将未用过的取样瓶保存在塑料袋中。

  • 直到开始取样时,再取下空取样瓶的瓶盖。

  • 开始采样前,填写采样瓶标贴上的事项。

  • 从冷却液取样口直接获得冷却液液样。 不要从其它地方取样。

  • 为了避免污染,应立即将采样瓶放入准备用来邮寄的管中。

提交样本进行 1 级分析。

注: 1 级分析的结果可能表明需要进行 2 级分析。

测试采用传统冷却液的冷却系统内 SCA 的浓度

对于传统的重载防冻剂/冷却液溶液,应定期检查补充用冷却液添加剂(SCA)的浓度。 SCA 的浓度可以用 S·O·S 定期冷却液分析(1级)检查。

测试采用 SCA 和水的冷却系统内 SCA 的浓度

可采用两种方法来检查 SCA 的浓度:

  • 利用 298-5311 冷却液亚硝酸盐测试工具包或 294-7420 测试工具包检查 SCA 的浓度。

  • 利用 S·O·S 冷却液分析(1 级)检查 SCA 的浓度。
