The 196-5651 Switch Gp can leak. If switch (2) should show signs of leaking, torque the jam nut from 2.5 ± 0.5 N·m (22.0 ± 4.4 lb in) to 3.0 +0.0/-0.5 N·m (26.5 +0.0/-4.4 lb in).
If the switch should fail within the field, replace the switch with a new 196-5651 Switch Gp (2). Torque the jam nut from 2.5 ± 0.5 N·m (22.0 ± 4.4 lb in) to 3.0 +0.0/-0.5 N·m (26.5 +0.0/-4.4 lb in).
Apply Loctite 545 to the threads between the switch body and the mounting boss on the expansion tank.
