千万不要折弯吊环螺栓和支架。 吊环螺栓和支架只能承受张力负荷。 要记住当支承构件和物体之间的角度小于90°时，吊环螺栓的承载能力变小。 当必须在某一角度搬移部件时，只能使用具有适当额定载荷的铰链架。 |
使用起重机搬移重的部件。 使用一个可以调节的吊粱起吊发动机。 所有的承载构件(链条和钢丝绳)应互相平行。 链条和钢丝绳与被吊物的上部尽可能保持垂直。
有些搬移工作要求用吊装工具吊装，以确保适当的平衡和安全。 吊装工具有助于保证安全。
只在搬移发动机时，才使用发动机上的吊耳。

起吊标签位于每一个吊耳内。 这些标签指明发动机正确的起吊位置。
吊耳是为特定的发动机配置而设计和安装的。 改动吊耳和/或发动机会使吊耳和吊具不适合改动后的情况。 如果对吊耳和/或发动机作过改动，则应确保提供合适的起吊装置。 有关发动机正确起吊的吊具资料，请咨询您的卡特彼勒代理商。
发动机和船用变速器的起吊

一起拆卸发动机和船用变速器时，可使用装在发动机上的吊耳。 使用一个可以调节的吊粱起吊发动机。 所有的承载构件(链条和钢丝绳)应互相平行。 链条和钢丝绳与被吊物的上部尽可能保持垂直。 有关正确起吊整装发动机的吊具资料，请与卡特彼勒代理商或原设备制造厂联系。
船用变速器的起吊
只拆卸船用变速器时可使用装在船用变速器壳体上的吊环螺栓。 请参阅原始设备制造商(OEM)提供的正确的起吊说明(如有配备)。
如果部件很难拆卸，此时应检查并确保所有螺母和螺栓都已被拆下来。 确保相邻零件没有妨碍拆卸。
