New gaskets have been designed in order to improve the sealing capability of the water lines groups that are used in the 3500 Engines. The new gaskets are designed with a different material and with new geometry. The new design helps to prevent the gasket from creeping. One gasket (1) is located between the elbows and the water manifold of the water lines group and the other gasket (2) is located between the sections of the water manifold in the water lines groups.
Adaptable To: The part numbers of the new gaskets and of the former gaskets that are being replaced are listed below.
