Description of Change: The nameplate is now bolted onto the front grill in addition to being secured with adhesive.

Adaptable To: Bolting the 196-1044 Plate on the front grill is effective with 725 (S/N: AFX961-UP), 730 (S/N: AGF890-UP), 735 (S/N: AWR545-UP), 740 (S/N: AXM1057-UP) and 740 EJECTOR (S/N: AZZ314-UP).

The new arrangement is adaptable to earlier machines.

Perform the following steps in order to adapt your machine to the new arrangement.

1. Remove the front grill from the machine.

(A) 6 mm (0.24 inch) (B) 10 mm (0.4 inch) (C) 9 mm (0.35 inch)

2. Use the dimensions that are given in Illustration 1 in order to locate the centers of holes (2) in nameplate (1). Drill the holes to a diameter of 4.5 mm (0.18 inch) through the nameplate and the attached grill. Spot face the holes to a diameter of 10 ± 0.5 mm (0.4 ± 0.02 inch).

3. Install hex socket screws (3), washers (4) and locknuts (5) in order to secure nameplate (1) to the grill.

4. Reinstall the grill onto the machine.
