由于端面密封损坏，水泵可能会发生泄漏。 轴和壳体之间的相对移动可能会使传动轴接触到水泵上的端面密封。 如果发生接触，将损坏端面密封并导致过早发生故障。 |
注: 千万不要用轴提升辅助水泵。 将辅助水泵安装到发动机上时千万不要碰撞到轴。
- 将附件驱动轴 (13) 滑动到辅助水泵 (8) 的轴上。 将止推垫圈 (15) 置于辅助水泵上，然后安装螺栓 (14) 。

- 将附件驱动齿轮 (12) 置于附件驱动轴 (13) 上。 安装螺栓 (11) 。

- 辅助水泵 (8) 、附件驱动轴以及附件驱动齿轮的重量约为48 kg (106 lb)。 用一个合适的举升设备将部件安装到前驱动壳体中。 安装螺栓 (7) 。

- 恒温控制阀总成 (9) 的重量约为 28 kg (62 lb)。 用一个合适的举升设备定位恒温控制阀组件 (9) 。 安装螺栓 (3) 。 安装螺栓 (6) 以将恒温控制阀组件 (9) 紧固到支架 (10) 上。
- 将 O 形密封圈安装在管 (1) 上，然后将管 (1) 安装到辅助水泵 (8) 上弯头上。 安装挡圈 (2) 、座圈和螺栓以固定管 (1) 。
- 将 O 形密封圈安装到管 (5) 上，然后将管 (5) 安装到恒温器控制阀组件 (9) 中。 安装挡圈 (4) 、座圈和螺栓以固定管 (5) 。
