- 将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备连接到排气歧管 (6) 上。 排气歧管 (6) 的重量约为 136 kg (300 lb)。

- 定位排气歧管 (6) 和密封件。

- 将工具 (B) 涂抹到螺栓 (5) 和垫圈上。
- 安装螺栓 (5) 。 用 55 ± 5 N·m (41 ± 4 lb ft) 的扭矩拧紧螺栓 (5) 。
- 将工具 (B) 涂抹到卡箍 (8) 上。
- 定位卡箍 (8) 。
- 将工具 (B) 涂抹到螺栓 (7) 上。
- 安装螺栓 (7) 。 将螺栓 (7) 上紧到 25 ± 6 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 如有必要，请在排气歧管 (6) 上安装热电偶。 安装之前先在热电偶上涂抹工具 (C) 。 如果热电偶为直式，拧紧螺母至扭矩为 25 ± 5 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft)。 若热电偶有 90 度弯曲，拧紧螺母至扭矩为 12 ± 3 N·m (105 ± 27 lb in)。
- 连接线束组件 (4) 。
- 卸下护罩组件 (3) 。
