发动机控制模块 (ECM) 检测到以下情况：
- 来自油门踏板位置传感器的信号频率低于 150 Hz，或者高于 1050 Hz 的时间超过 2 秒。
- ECM 至少已通电三秒钟。
系统响应:
ECM 将"油门位置"设为"0%"。 在
卡特彼勒电子技师 (ET) 中，在"油门位置"状态的旁边将会显示"诊断"。
该诊断代码为激活状态时，发动机会一直保持在低怠速下。
