测试步骤 1. 检查冷却液液位

  1. 使发动机冷却。

  1. 检查发动机冷却液液位。

    注: 发动机冷却液被用来冷却涡轮增压器之后和空对空中冷器之前的进气。

预期结果:

发动机冷却液液位正常。

结果:

  • 正常 - 发动机冷却液液位正常。 继续进行测试步骤 2。

  • 异常 - 发动机冷却液过低。

    修复: 添加冷却液至正常液位。核实修理后故障排除。

测试步骤 2. 检查中冷器

  1. 检查空对空中冷器有无碎屑和/或气流阻塞。

预期结果:

通过空对空中冷器的气流没有阻塞。

结果:

  • 正常 - 气流没有阻塞。

    修复: 确定空气温度高的原因。 重载和环境气温高都会造成温度高于切断点。

    停止

  • 异常 - 气流受阻。

    修复: 清除使气流受阻的东西。核实修理后故障排除。

    停止
