注: 承磨衬套用于矫正磨损或损坏的密封面。 承磨衬套不是原装设备。 承磨衬套随附有内径大于标准值的曲轴后油封。 如果安装承磨衬套，不能使用标准曲轴后油封。
- 确保曲轴彻底清洁和干燥。 切去所有出现损坏的区域。
- 使用清洁的发动机机油润滑曲轴承磨衬套内表面。
- 使用工具 (A) 和工具 (B) 安装曲轴承磨衬套，如下所示：
- 将工具 (B) 与曲轴 (2) 中的定位销对准，然后将工具 (B) 安装到曲轴上。 确保正确定向。
注: 确认工具 (A) 在工具 (B) 上方滑动自如。
- 小心地在工具 (B) 上方滑动曲轴承磨衬套 (1) ，直到曲轴承磨衬套接触到曲轴 (2) 后部。
- 将工具 (A) 组装到工具 (B) 上，然后安装螺栓和垫圈。 确保工具 (A) 与深沉头孔的表面朝向曲轴承磨衬套 (1) 。
- 拧紧螺栓，直到工具 (A) 触及工具 (B) 底部，以便将曲轴承磨衬套 (1) 拉到曲轴 (2) 上。
- 拆下工具 (A) 和工具 (B) 。
- 将工具 (B) 与曲轴 (2) 中的定位销对准，然后将工具 (B) 安装到曲轴上。 确保正确定向。
