Description of Change: The new flexible antenna is designed for the following applications:

• When the antenna is subjected to high vibration

• When the machine is operating near low, overhead obstructions

These applications may be encountered when a machine (Track-Type Tractor, Vibratory Compactor, Forestry Machine, Backhoe Loader, etc.) operates in a residential area.

Some of the features of the new flexible antenna are listed below:

• Screw-in replacement (no modification required)

• A lower profile than a standard antenna (stands only 146 mm (5.75 inch) tall)

• Greater impact resistance

Adaptable To: The new flexible antennas are listed in Table 1.
