- 从交流发电机 (5) 上断开线束组件 (2)、 (3) 和 (4)。
- 松开调节螺母 (1)，使皮带松弛。
- 拆下螺母和垫圈 (6)，以便拆除皮带护罩 (7)。
- 从交流发电机皮带轮上拆下皮带 (8)。
- 拆下螺栓 (9)，以便从调整杆上断开交流发电机。
- 拆下螺栓 (10)，以便从支架上断开交流发电机。 拆下交流发电机 (5)。

- 将交流发电机 (5) 放到支架相应的位置上。 安装螺栓 (9) 和 (10)，以便将交流发电机固定到位。 暂时不要拧紧螺栓。
- 将皮带 (8) 安装到交流发电机的皮带轮上。
- 根据技术参数, "皮带张紧度表"调节皮带的张紧度。 转动调节螺母 (1) 即可调节皮带的张紧度。 拧紧调节螺母。
- 调节好皮带张紧度后，安装皮带护罩 (7)。 用螺母和垫圈 (6) 将皮带护罩紧固到螺栓 (9) 和 (10) 上。
- 连接线束组件 (2)、 (3) 和 (4)。
