不要使用硬表面工具来安装螺塞。 安装期间不要击打或撞击螺塞。 如果螺塞掉落，则换成另一个新螺塞。 |
- 将活塞冠 (2) 安装到活塞裙 (4) 上。 将活塞组件安装到连杆 (7) 上。 将清洁的发动机机油涂抹在活塞销 (5) 上，并安装销。 安装新螺塞 (3) 。
- 检查活塞环 (1) 的端隙。 参见技术规格手册, "活塞和活塞环"一节。
注: 油环必须安装在弹簧上，并且两端的缝隙与油环弹簧接缝相差 180 度。
- 安装控油环。 应从活塞环端隙转动弹簧两侧 180 度。 从环两端缝隙中必须能够看见弹簧的白色部分。
- 安装中间活塞环时使标有 "UP-2" 的一侧朝向活塞顶部。 使用工具 (A) 安装活塞环。
- 安装顶活塞环时使标有 "UP-1" 的一侧朝向活塞顶部。 使用工具 (A) 安装活塞环。
- 安装后，全部三个活塞环 (1) 应彼此相差 120 度。
注: 在某些发动机上，可能在活塞顶部上冲压有 "FRONT"（前）字样。 安装活塞时，确保 "FRONT"（前）字朝向发动机的前部。 放入相应的气缸中时，连杆上刻的编号必须朝向发动机右侧。 确保活塞冠和刻下的编号位置正确。
注: 检查所有活塞环槽的情况。 使用工具 (C) 确认顶部环槽直径。 有关更多信息，请参阅工具操作手册, NEHS0840。
